What you gotta remember about Paula is that she's a hustler. She didn't announce this diabetes until she had an agreement in hand to rep a diabetes medicine.
Being of Southern stock that goes back a couple hundred years...bona fide Georgia cracker stock, I have eaten like that all my life and so have the people that raised me, and those that raised them...only my Grandaddy got the diabetes and he had a whole slew of other problems.
I'm not saying she doesn't have it or that diet can't be a factor but, I guarantee you before the dr got the diagnosis out of his mouth she was trying to figUre out how to make a buck of it. :).
I want somebody to photoshop me into that picture...awesome.
