i just realized i've unintentionally gone on a date on every single anniversary since my ex and i broke up

i guess i've only actually been interested in one of them but i guess i've kept everyone at arm's length, emotionally anyway, because maybe i'm still afraid of getting hurt.i certainly don't want to go through that again.
